We want all our events to offer a positive and safe environment for all attendees. Being able to play tabletop role-playing games together freely is our way of creating a stronger community.

We follow a Code of Conduct for all our events in order to create the best experience possible for all attendees. Before you participate in a Greasy Snitches event, please review the Code of Conduct below.

Events Code of Conduct

All attendees, participants, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and staff at Greasy Snitches events are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.

Greasy Snitches event organizers (“Organizers”) will enforce this Code throughout the duration of the event to help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Our events are built around community. We aim to create an environment where everyone feels welcome to participate, play games, role-play, speak up, ask questions, and engage in conversation.

We invite everyone who attends to help create a safe, positive, and inclusive experience for all.

Every Greasy Snitches event is dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof).

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at our events. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, and sexual language, imagery, or behavior is not appropriate in public event spaces, games, activities, or official online spaces.

Some exhibitors may offer mature-themed artwork or merchandise. These items must be kept out of public view and shown only upon request to consenting adults of legal age. Public or unsolicited display of explicit content is not allowed.

Expected Behavior

  • Engage in the event in a respectful and constructive manner, contributing to a welcoming community.
  • Exercise consideration and respect in speech and actions.
  • Seek collaboration and resolution before escalating conflict.
  • Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior or language.
  • Be mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants, and alert event staff if you notice unsafe situations, someone in distress, or potential violations of this Code of Conduct.

Participants who violate this Code of Conduct may be warned, sanctioned, or removed from the event without refund, at the discretion of the Organizers.

Participants who are asked to stop any inappropriate or harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Failure to do so may result in further action, including removal from the event.
