Q: Will food and drinks be available?
A: Robinsons Galleria has a wide array of food and drink vendors that you can choose from. You can bring them inside the Faire, but please be a responsible adventurer and dispose of any trash properly. We want to keep the Faire fun and clean for everyone! We’ll have bins readily available throughout the venue. Anyone caught littering may be asked to leave, so please help us keep the Faire Fantastic!
Q: Is there anything special happening at the Fantastic Faire?
A: Absolutely! This is our first-ever, Dungeons and Dragons Adventurers League Epic since we received our Premier Organizer status from Wizards of the Coast. As the first Premier Organizers outside of North America, we wanted to ensure that our Epic would be, well, epic–so we created our own adventure! This Epic is 100% made here in the Philippines by homegrown writers. Dust off your swords and shields, get ready to sling those spells, because this Epic is not for the faint-hearted.
Q: What is an Epic Adventure?
A: An Epic Adventure is a massive, multi-table Dungeons and Dragons game! This event-only game pits you against the toughest battles you’ll ever face in D&D. But you don’t have to face these battles alone–every table at the event is involved in this game. You’ll be asked to build alliances and parley with other tables because you’ll be needing everyone to succeed in this fight.
Q: What D&D one-shot adventures are available?
A: We offer 2-Hour and 4-Hour D&D one-shot games. If you missed the launch of the Greasy Snitches’ first Premier Organizer adventure module, “Let’s Travel to the Dungeon”, don’t worry! You can still play our introductory adventure module and receive the exclusive, premiere-only certificate during the Faire.

Q: What can I expect at the Artist & Merchant Alley?
A: Our carefully curated artist and merchant alley has something for everybody! You’ll find hand-crafted goods by skilled artists that can really enhance your gaming experience. This merchant alley was built by gamers for gamers, so bring a big bag for all the goodies you’ll want to take home.
Q: How can I join the event?
A: It’s completely free to come and check out our amazing merchants! However, to participate in the activities and games at the Fantastic Faire, you need to reserve and pay for your slots early to ensure you get a seat. Please note that walk-ins for the games are NOT allowed.
Q: How can I pre-register for a game?
A: Simply head to our event website to see the list of games on offer. You can add the games you’d like to enjoy to your shopping cart, choosing the dates and/or times and tables you wish to play at. Once you’ve selected all the games you’d like to participate in, simply check out your shopping cart and take note of the payment channels available (GCash and Unionbank deposit or transfer), which we will also email to you for your reference. Send us proof of payment, and we’ll confirm your registration in 24 or 48 hours. Your registration number is important – we’ll ask for it during the Faire to confirm your seats on the day itself!
Q: Can I change seats after registering through the website?
Yes! Send us an email by replying to the order confirmation email sent to you, and we’ll try our best to accommodate as long as there are still available slots.
Q: Can I sign up with my friends?
Yes! You can add multiple tickets to your shopping cart to reserve the seats in bulk. We’ll need all the names of your friends, however, so make sure to either enter them in the Additional Information field when you check out, or make sure you send us their names when you send your proof of payment to us. We’ll need their first and last names to reserve your seats. Don’t worry, we’ll keep your information safe!
Q: I’m new to D&D, can I still participate?
A: Of course! Our friendly dungeon masters are experienced and can guide you through the basics of the game. Feel free to watch a few videos and how-tos before the event, but don’t fret if it feels overwhelming. Our games are all newbie-friendly and we’re looking forward to showing you a great time.
Q: Can kids play Dungeons and Dragons?
A: Our Dungeon Masters are equipped to run for kids as old as 10 years old. However, even though our games are family-friendly, we would caution that they still contain elements of combat and peril. We highly insist that young people 10 and below be accompanied by an adult in the game.
Q: What should I bring to the event?
A: Here’s a list of recommended items to bring:
- One set of dice: A D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, and D20. Each player should typically have their own set. If you don’t have dice, not to worry! Our friendly dungeon masters can lend you some during the game, and our Faire merchants might have a few on offer as well.
- Printed character sheets: These provide a detailed snapshot of your character’s stats, abilities, equipment, and other important information. Online character sheets are also acceptable, but having a physical version is better in case of low battery or no internet access. We also have pre-generated characters available during the Faire for you to use to get started playing right away if you don’t have your own character yet.
- Miniatures: These items can greatly enhance the visualization of characters and scenes during the game.
- Cash: Mobile data can be tricky when there are lots of people using it in one place. To avoid missing out on the awesome trinkets and wares from our lovely merchants, make sure you have cash on hand to purchase from them!
- Water Bottle: Whilst there are a lot of restaurants and food stalls in the mall, might as well bring a water bottle to make sure you are hydrated while playing!
