Last April 20-21, more than 100 adventurers found out who really was behind Elminster’s urgent call for help during the Snitchfest, the Greasy Snitches’ Dungeons & Dragons Adventurers League event last weekend at Robinsons Galleria Co-Events Space.

The weekend-long premiere event was a historic moment for the international D&D Adventurers League community. As the first international Premiere Organizer appointed by Wizards of the Coast, the Snitches debuted their introductory adventure PO-GS-LTD 01-01 Let’s Travel to the Dungeon. The exclusive two-hour adventure kicks off the Greasy Snitches’ first official Adventurers League storyline, leading to an Epic and storyline written by the Greasy Snitches.

Adventuring at Snitchfest

The Greasy Snitches took the players through the adventure designed for characters from Tier 1 up to Tier 3, supported by five community Dungeon Masters as well as the author of the adventure, Greasy Snitches member Niccolo Estrella. The Snitches hope that the adventure’s setting, near Baldur’s Gate on the Sword Coast in Faerun, brings in not just new D&D players, but also curious gamers brought into the fold due to the hugely popular Baldur’s Gate 3 role-playing video game.

While PO-GS-LTD 01-01 Let’s Travel to the Dungeon is the first Premier Organizer module written by the Greasy Snitches, the story and campaign will also weave in beloved Greasy Snitches characters that the members have played in the past. These in-world Snitches have previously appeared in two-time ENNIE Award winner Paul Gabat’s modules, written from as far back as 2018 as a Greasy Snitches Adventure prior to the group’s installation as the first international Premier Organizer.

Accessibility to new players was important for the Snitches in crafting their first adventure, ensuring pre-generated characters were available for all D&D classes for character levels 1 and 5. Adventurers League veterans were also pleased to find out that the League Trading post was available during the event for all magic item trading and purchasing needs.

What’s next for the Premier Organizers

This Snitchfest is only the beginning, according to Paul, during his pre-game speech to kick off the event’s game sessions. With the introductory adventure successfully premiered, the Snitches will continue the Let’s Travel to the Dungeon storyline, with at least one Epic and more adventures to follow.

Each adventure will also be available on Dungeon Masters Guild at a later date, available for anyone to purchase and run for their party. However, the event- and premiere-exclusive rewards will only be available during sanctioned event runs by Adventurers League and the Greasy Snitches before the publish date on Dungeon Masters Guild.

The Greasy Snitches full event calendar will be available soon so you can plan out your adventuring journey. If you missed out on the physical event, there will be online runs of this introductory adventure available within May and June; follow the Greasy Snitches on Facebook to stay updated. If you wish to run this introductory adventure with the exclusive rewards for your community before its publish date, contact the Greasy Snitches via email or on Facebook.
